Personnel Coordinator

-Monitor and control all personnel logistics for the new comers or leavers. Prepare the monthly calculations to settle down the social insurance dues to avoid any penalties. Prepare the form 2 procedures in alignment with the HR Director. Anticipate the required social insurance annual raise and upload to the system. Settle down all the social retirement procedures. Insure all the company vehicles as per the official and legal requirements. Update the social insurance office with the recent job titles. Maintain the personnel filing system. Issue and send a cheque emergency fund to the labour office before 5 days of the new month. Conduct any investigations with employees on the same level, and coordinate with the legal office for the higher levels/ grades Update the attendance system with the employees data. Control the access point attendance machine for all employees. Handle the employees annual leaves. Calculate the overtime, and deductions for Comp & Ben effects.
