Full responsibility for handling any invalid accounts through monthly installment cycle.
Managing control over all problems in one cycle in order to be solved within a time frame.
Handling any cancellation requests submitted from customer’s side.
Coordinate between customer needs and company’s possibilities.
Responsible for VIP accounts’ List.
Support CSO team in handling any customer objections.
Reporting system for CSS unit requested in a monthly and weekly basis.
Any other requirements requested from direct manager.
