Male Customer Service Representative

 1st queue handling any incoming calls and customer complains.
 Full responsibility for handling any invalid accounts through monthly installment cycle.
 Managing control over all problems in one cycle in order to be solved within a time frame.
 Handling any cancellation requests submitted from customer’s side.
 Coordinate between customer needs and company’s possibilities.
 Responsible for VIP accounts’ List.
 Support CSO team in handling any customer objections.
 Reporting system for CSS unit requested in a monthly and weekly basis.
 Any other requirements requested from direct manager.
